Brewing Instructions:

1. Place the BRAZIL on a flat surface, grip the handle firmly, and pull up the plunger out of the carafe.
2. Add one rounded teaspoon or Bodum scoop of coarsely ground coffee per cup/4oz water.
3. Pour hot water (about 198-204°F), leaving a minimum of 2.5cm/1inch at the top, and stir.
4. Place the plunger unit on top, close the lid pour spout to retain heat.
5. Let brew for four minutes, then slowly lower the plunger.
6. Open the pour spout and enjoy your delicious cup of coffee.
